Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base, focusing on long-term client relationships.
  • Build and manage a sustainable business pipeline, identifying and closing opportunities in target and emerging markets.
  • Leading the proposal and quotation process and actively participating in contract negotiations throughout the entire sales cycle.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, ideally in tech, digital, or SaaS industries.

  • Focusing on expanding company portfolio via partnership in the industry, particularly within the Europe, Azerbaijan and GCC markets.
  • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets and new business development opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting.
  • Taking part in the development of the branding strategy.
  • Be the main contact for the business clients and prospects, managing all aspects of the relationships at both commercial and technical levels, using the best resources available.

Requirements:

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, andhigh-performing Senior Account Manager to meet new business onboarding and revenue growth objectives.
 
Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager include developing account strategies, tactics and action plans as well as leading brand awareness and forge strong relationships with clients. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the company’s financial targets. Account Manager duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, and leading Dataroid in the right direction.
 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to support sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients.
  • Developing a sustainable business pipeline, supporting commercial objectives and including the identification of opportunities to qualify and close.
  • Developing a tactical marketing plan for niche sales kits, advising and supporting the delivery to appropriate industry sectors.
  • Actively research and define innovations in the target markets with the objective to develop strategies, to discover and evaluate new business opportunities
  • Focusing on expanding the company portfolio via partnership in the industry, particularly global markets
  • Identifying on business opportunities, business development in target markets and new business development opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting.
  • Taking part in the development of the branding strategy.
  • Be the main contact for the business clients and prospects, managing all aspects of the relationships at both commercial and technical levels, using the best resources available.
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions.

  • Minimum 5-6 years of account management experience in technology/digital is a must.
  • International experience (academic or professional) is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.

The position in a nutshell:
Dataroid is in the search for DevOps Manager who will be part of our technology team, working as Team Lead, taking initiative and technical respons

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage DevOps team, assign and monitor workflow and ensure quality and efficiency is maintained
  • Exercise usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management and terminations
  • Take full ownership of the DevOps discipline and be responsible for managing all server/infrastructure related issues
  • Support and troubleshoot scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup and restores of different environments
  • Support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues on production environments; conduct root cause analysis
  • Serve as key key leader and expert on DevOps functions e.g release engineering, infrastructure provisioning, CI/CD, automations etc.
  • Build, improve and manage CI/CD pipeline
  • Provide process improvement recommendations based on best practices and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate project plans and status reports
  • Evaluate technological choices (network/hardware related and technology/code related) by querying providers and providing evaluations of each solution include ROI evaluations in the present and future implications, limitations and opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc/MSc/PhD degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in the field of DevOps
  • Experience of team management
  • Experience providing hands-on support for large-scale, public facing products
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments such as Ubuntu and/or RHEL
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Experience building and monitoring high-availability infrastructure
  • Experience with Docker Containers
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes/Docker Swarm
  • Excellent programming/scripting skills (shell, Ansible, Python, Go, NodeJS etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud providers offerings, preferably AWS
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices
  • Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
