We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Senior Customer Analytics Specialist to play a key role in possessing a deep understanding of data repositories, analytical and experimental techniques, and how to convert business requirements to carry out both functional and account management duties.
Responsibilities of the Senior Customer Analytics Specialist include supporting all the teams with reporting and analysis and will be instrumental in developing and delivering actionable report and analysis to support better decision making.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Define and design analytical solutions with client-side behavior data.
  • Developing and implementing customer segmentation strategies.
  • Prepare relevant presentations, reports, and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management.
  • Deliver analysis and/or investigation on every KPI and identify high risk areas and opportunities
  • Enrich analytical assets in line with client requirements and tool benchmarks.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to visualize and communicate insights.
  • Prepare relevant presentations, reports, and analysis to provide foresight to local, regional and global management.
  • Deliver analysis and/or investigation on every KPI and identify high risk areas and opportunities.
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients to add Dataroid product value.
  • Work in harmony with agile practices.


This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and highly skilled who has the following characteristics and skills:

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operational Research, MIS from top universities. Degree in Data Analytics is a plus.
  • 5-7 years of work experience preferably in Data and Analytics Services and consultancy related areas
  • Familiarity with Data Governance, Data Modelling, Data Integration, Data Scheduling and/or Orchestration tools, methods, and concepts
  • Familiarity with Relational and NoSQL Databases, Big Data Technologies
  • International experience (academic or professional) is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
  • Achieving/exceeding targets in a business.
  • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of technology, digital and innovation.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
