Responsibilities

  • Provide technical & managerial leadership of all engineering teams, including Backend, Mobile, and QA
  • Guide the entire software development lifecycle, including technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Engage in close collaboration with design and product teams to craft exceptional product experiences.
  • Conduct through code reviews to uphold excellence in Java
  • Career development, objective setting and performance reviews of direct line reports to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • BSc degree in Engineering; especially in Computer, Software or IT disciplines are particularly encouraged to apply  
  • Min. 8 years of experience in software development industry with min. 2 years of managerial experience of development team.
  • Preferably experience in Java within the context of microservices architecture.
  • In depth understanding of the full software development life-cycle.
  • Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms and software design principles.  
  • Excellent code debugging skills, experience in writing unit-tests / automated-tests is a plus. 
  • Product oriented, dependable solution oriented, hardworking, team focused.
  • Excellent organizational and proven communication skills and English knowledge  
  • Ability to a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving. 
  • Ability to produce written work to a consistently high standard Creative Positive and “Can-Do” Attitude  
  • A strong balance between technical skills and management skills

Dataroid is in search of a Senior DevOps Engineer, who will be responsible for the overall health of multiple applications and their operating environments while interacting with development team members to design and deliver the applications with high availability and stability. When a problem occurs, you’ll be the person who analyzes and understands the problem and delegates it to the relevant people. You will apply your cloud and CI/CD skills working with cloud-based & on-prem resources to define standards and processes for the development and deployment of scalable, reliable applications. You will also be responsible for suggesting innovative solutions and carrying out proof of concepts such as automation of processes and improving integration points.

Qualifications & Experience

  • BSc/MSc/PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps Engineer or SRE role
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments such as Ubuntu and/or RHEL
  • Understanding of large scale distributed systems and microservices architecture
  • Experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, collectord, splunk etc.)
  • Experience with shell tools (vim, tmux, git, telnet, netcat, ssh, jq, docker-compose etc.)
  • Programming and scripting skills (Shell, python, java, or nodejs)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes,
  • Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD automation build and deployment systems
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores such as ElasticSearch, Postgres, Scylladb, Druid etc.
  • Experience Ansible or similar IaC technologies
  • Knowledge of load balancers such as nginx, haproxy, F5 etc.
  • Proficiency with Git and Git branching models
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Zookeeper, Nexus
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba, or Oracle Cloud

Product Manager elicits business needs collaboratively with the customer and product team; manages all product requirements from definition and modelling to development, testing and launch.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and high-performing Senior Product Designer.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research.
  • Identify new product improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
  • Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
  • Work closely with product engineers to suggest improvements for products and processes.
  • Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience of Product Design
  • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
  • An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
  • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
  • A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts.
  • Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
  • Provide assistance to product engineers when needed.
  • Recommend new tools and technologies by staying abreast of the latest trends and techniques.
  • Understanding of why design systems are needed as well as how to leverage and improve them.
  • Have experience in working with multidisciplinary teams within an agile environment.
  • You are an effective team player, able to capture the critiques and transform them into opportunities to improve your designs.
