In 2023, Dataroid sustained partnerships with leading banks, thereby expanding its client portfolio significantly. We are committed to growing and expanding our team, further enhancing our team's capabilities, and increasing the level of customer satisfaction as we approach 2024.

Dataroid received $2 million investment from Koç GSYF and İş Bankası 100th Year Venture Capital
Digital analytics and interaction management platform Dataroid received a $2 million investment from Koç GSYF and İş Bankası 100th Year Venture Capital. With this investment, Dataroid aims to expand its global marketing activities and expand into the Middle East and European regions. It also plans to effectively support growth plans by strengthening the team and product during this expansion process.
New achievements & collaborations
Throughout the year, Dataroid has been instrumental in helping connect with over 100+ digital channels of 16 different customers, helping them connect with 35M+ daily and 100M+ total digital users. Dataroid helped its customers send over 1.5B+ push messages and display in-app messages to more than 20M+ users. As a result of those communications and offers, the user experience was significantly improved. Years of consistent improvement have refined our approach to empowering our clients. By leveraging detailed insights, advanced data modeling, and multi-channel personalized engagement, we have cemented our value in ensuring that our clients can offer unparalleled experiences to their customers.
As a result, in 2023, these brands started using Dataroid and began to gain a better understanding of their customers: Kuveyt Türk, ABB, Batelco & Beyon Money, Hayat Finans and Temiz.co. Our banking portfolio now spans international boundaries, positioning us as the leading as one of the leading customer engagement & digital analytics platform providers in Turkey’s banking sector.
Dataroid, which recorded a 60% increase in the number of customers starting from 2021, continued to improve the digital channel experience of more than 35M+ users per day with its strong growth trend in 2023.

Also, we announced the launch of Crash Reporting, our latest feature within the Dataroid SDK. This powerful new tool is designed to make it easier to monitor your application’s performance by catching and compiling all crashes and non-fatal errors.

G2’s Fall 2023 reports found Dataroid to be a high-performing product in 8 out of 19 different reports, including the digital analytics and product analytics categories in the EMEA, Middle East and Africa regions. It also confirmed that it is a preferred product to be used by customers.

Another wonderful summer at the Commencis Summer Campus
Dataroid team attended Commencis Summer Campus in Antalya Kemer at the Nirvana Mediterranean Excellence resort. This was a great opportunity for all team members to collaborate, relax, and enjoy the summer weather together.
We hosted a week-long event for Dataroid employees, interns, and their families to work remotely in a scenic location, blending the benefits of remote work with the opportunity for personal and professional interaction. The Summer Campus was a successful experiment in hybrid working, enhancing the work-life balance for everyone associated with Dataroid.
New office, new us!
We moved to our newly opened office in İTÜ Teknokent ARI 3 building. Our brand-new office, located in Turkey’s largest technopark, has a magnificent area of 2000 m2. This document, prepared with utmost attention to detail, has been carefully selected to provide a comfortable working environment for our employees. Beyond serving as a workspace, our office acts as a dynamic hub for productive interactions, allowing our team and stakeholders to collectively engage, collaborate, and inspire innovation.
