As a result, Hayat Pay experienced significant growth in its Hayat Finans (HF) user base, driven by impactful campaigns like cashback and hayatpara promotions. Furthermore, user engagement with digital wallet functionalities increased noticeably, indicating a shift towards more frequent utilization of these benefits.

Real-Time User Guidance with In-App Messages
Dataroid’s targeted messaging significantly boosted Hayat Pay’s campaign engagement. Cashback campaign announcements directed new users and increased cashback usage, while a welcome message for a strategic partnership campaign achieved a 25% receipt upload rate.
Notably, a cashback message to new users without a card yielded an 11.8% conversion rate, driving card applications and QR payment activity. Consequently, users readily discovered campaign benefits within the app, and these targeted messages effectively increased both campaign participation and payment activity.
